Overview

  • CryoPod™ Carrier provides a safe, reliable and portable < -150°C cryogenic environment for the handling and transport of biological specimens for over 3 hours
  • The instrument displays and logs temperature, date and time - all events stored in memory and downloadable to a PC - and features audible and visual alarms, and integrates into an optional automated filling station for hands-free replenishing of the LN2 charge in less than 15 minutes
  • It can be carried by hand and is ideal for sample transport or handling of temperature-sensitive biological materials in or around a lab or campus
  • The CryoPod carrier extends the cryogenic cold chain from freezer or dry shipper to bench and back again
  • No longer must researchers and clinicians rely on cumbersome, improvised, or potentially unsafe methods to transport or work with their cryogenic samples
